Terms of Service

These terms cover this website and the early-access waiting list. They do not yet cover the Paysoff app, which has not launched.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated under the name Weekend Inc. (in formation), trading as Paysoff, at Revontultentie 6-8, 96500 Rovaniemi, Finland.

Weekend Inc. is currently being incorporated. Until that is complete, the site is operated by Gabriele Michieletto as an individual, and any agreement under these terms is with that person. Once Weekend Inc. is registered, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated and the waiting list will be notified.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean whoever is operating the site under the paragraph above, and "you" means you. Contact: [email protected].

2. What this site is

Right now, Paysoff is a description of a product and a form to join its waiting list. There is no account to create, nothing to buy, and no service being delivered. Joining the list costs nothing and obliges you to nothing.

3. The waiting list

• Only submit an email address that is yours. Do not add someone else's.
• Joining the list is not a promise of a place, a price, a feature, or a launch date. We may change or abandon the product entirely.
• You can leave at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or write to [email protected].
• We may remove an address from the list at our discretion, for example if it bounces repeatedly or looks like abuse.

4. About the numbers on this site

The figures shown on the home page (costs per hour, costs per use, return multiples, and the subscription prices they are built from) are illustrative examples. They are there to explain the idea, not to state the current price of any service. Prices change, and what any subscription is worth depends entirely on how you personally use it.

Paysoff does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any decision to keep or cancel a subscription is yours alone.

5. Third-party names

Names such as Netflix, Spotify, YouTube TV, ESPN+, Disney+, ChatGPT, and Claude are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here only to describe and compare real-world services, in a descriptive and nominative sense. Paysoff is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

6. Our content

The text, design, and code of this site belong to us, except for the bundled open-source typefaces, which are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. You are welcome to read, quote, and link to this page. You may not copy it wholesale and present it as your own.

7. Availability

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or take it down at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any rights you have as a consumer.

8. Your data

How we handle your email address is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the current version always lives at this address. If you are on the waiting list when we make a material change, we will tell you by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Finland, and the courts of Rovaniemi, Finland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, nor of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
